Position: Patient Experience Coordinator

What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of Our Practice: Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, making their experience seamless and pleasant.
- Guide Financial Discussions: Handle payments confidently and assist patients with billing questions.
- Support Daily Operations: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs with precision.
- Assist with Care: Escort patients to examination rooms, assist with footwear needs, and ensure their comfort during visits.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Clean and stock exam rooms, sanitize surfaces, and assist with medical instrument upkeep.
- Learn and Grow: Gain hands-on training in healthcare basics, X-ray operation, laser equipment use, and more, growing your skillset in patient care.
