What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Albany Homes Construction Inc?
We are looking for a bookkeeper to work twice a week at our home office for basic bookkeeping tasks such as payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations, preparing quarterly payroll returns, invoicing and generating financial reports.
The successful applicant will have strong computer skills, especially with QuickBooks and Excel, be self-motivated, have great organizational skills, be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task. Other required skills are able to meet deadlines and manage schedule,, adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs, enjoy being part of a small team and able to work alone. There may also be some clerical work such as filing. Your experience with QuickBooks Desktop must be in the last 12 months and include QuickBooks payroll.
