We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Ensure accuracy of billing statements and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
