What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Albany Medical Center Health System?
Pay Range: $23 - $25 Hourly
Responsible for all facets of field and office recruitment. The recruiter will also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified talents for the Agency. An associate degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in the recruitment and hiring process or human resources is required. A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
Sign-On Bonus and Student Loan Assistance
We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus for physical therapists and RNs, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for occupational therapists and speech therapists.
