Job Description:
The RN-Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiovascular and Critical Care will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing and state licensure, as well as strong communication and clinical skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain specialty practice standards to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to enhance their clinical skills and confidence
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
