Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Stay current with relevant medical literature and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications:
- Have minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Hold current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Show commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
