• Facilitates communication and transitions throughout the acute care stay
• Provides leadership for direct patient care staff on assigned primary shifts
• Ensures competent, compassionate care is uniformly provided to patients and referring facilities
• Supports development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs aligned with the hospital's mission
• Collaborates with service and department leaders to achieve short- and long-term goals
Work Schedule: Evening shifts, including off-shift and weekend coverage
