In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating, planning, and managing both administrative and operational duties, working closely with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing visible leadership and support for direct patient care delivered by the nursing staff during your primary shift.
- Ensuring that compassionate and competent care is consistently provided to all patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff.
- Supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission and vision.
- Collaborating with other service and departmental leaders to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
- Offering off-shift and weekend coverage for the Post-Surgical Division.
