As a Registered Professional Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care in our Medical / Surgical Cardiac Unit. Join our dedicated team in assessing, coordinating, and managing the needs of our patients throughout their care journey.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Implementing physician orders and administering medications.
- Starting IVs and performing necessary treatments, procedures, and special tests.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Assessing patient needs and evaluating their responses to care.
- Applying critical nursing judgment in decision-making for patient management.
- Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
- Administering medications as prescribed and collaborating with the nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care.
- Guiding ancillary personnel and maintaining professional nursing standards.
