Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and special tests, ensuring proper documentation as per company policy and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patients' conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and responses to care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in the management of patient care decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team in developing comprehensive care plans for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel to uphold professional nursing standards.
