Salary Range : $34.65 - $35.69
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting all care as per company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and their responses to the care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for a range of occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Direct and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
