Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team. In this role, you will assess, coordinate, plan, and manage the comprehensive needs of surgical patients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their acute care stay and advocate for them during surgeries. You will play a vital role in delivering and coordinating patient care, working collaboratively with an exceptional caregiving team to provide competent and compassionate care in various settings.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders and administer medications within the sterile field, documenting as per organizational policies and regulations.
- Assess and evaluate both patient needs and their responses to care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management decisions.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
- Act as a strong patient advocate in the surgical environment.

The Operating Room at our Main Campus features 35 state-of-the-art operating suites equipped with advanced robotic technology and specialized rooms for cardiac, neurology, urology, vascular, and pediatric surgeries. Our hybrid operating suite utilizes minimally invasive and interventional techniques, complemented by 3D imaging technology, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
