Job Description:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work closely with the nursing team to create a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients. This includes assessing and evaluating patient needs, implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. A strong understanding of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques is essential for success in this role.
