Responsibilities and Requirements
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Conduct patient assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
