Job Summary:
This role requires a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, implementing physician orders, and collaborating with the nursing staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety
- Implement physician orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
Requirements:
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program in which a Diploma, Associate Degree or Baccalaureate Degree is conferred
- Must hold current NYS Registered Nurse license
- Obtains and maintains certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
