Responsibilities
As an Assistant Nurse Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and direct the activities of the Critical Care Float Pool. This will involve:
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Coordinating the flow of communication between departments to maintain optimal unit/department operations.
• Providing leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the resources and support needed to deliver excellent patient care.
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement.
