Our team of experienced nurses works together to provide individualized care to adult patients experiencing actual or potential life-threatening cardiac dysfunction.
**Responsibilities**
* Implement physician orders and administer medications as needed
* Monitor patients with Impella ventricular assist devices, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, Pulmonary Artery Catheters, TVPs, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
* Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions
* Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions and collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
