- Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and skills in pediatric nursing.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Pediatric Critical Care Certification is preferred.
- Experience in Pediatric Cardiac Care is highly valued.
- Proven clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in the specialty area.
- Exceptional leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
- Valid RN License in State or Compact State upon hire is required.
- BLS and PALS certifications are mandatory; instructor experience is preferred.
