In this role, you will :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform various treatments and procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and local / state / federal regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
- Continuously assess and evaluate patients' needs and their responses to received care.
- Exercise sound nursing judgment in managing patient care.
- Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
- Administer medications as per physician orders.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
