Lead Nursing Care Coordinator
Promoting exceptional patient care and leadership within our Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Renal Hospitalist - E5 department at Albany Medical Center is a top priority.
This role involves coordination, planning, administrative management, financial and operational duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor professional caregivers to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring seamless patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay.
- Provide visible leadership for direct patient care provided by specialty nursing unit staff on assigned primary shifts.
- Ensure that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.

Salary Information:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $86,650.99 - $134,309.04.
