Responsibilities
The Medical Center Stroke Clinician monitors delivery of care by completing patient rounds, documenting care, identifying progress towards desired care outcomes; intervening to overcome deviations in the expected plan of care, reviewing the care plan with the patient/family in conjunction with the direct care providers and interacting with involved departments to negotiate and expedite scheduling and completion of test procedures and consults, preventing care delays.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-7 years of experience in Stroke, Neurology, or Critical Care are required for this role. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are essential.
