Key Responsibilities :
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and monitor patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care provided.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions effectively.
- Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and care quality.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
