Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Ob/Gyn Generalist Division
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a highly skilled and autonomous healthcare professional who provides high-quality patient care in the Ob/Gyn Generalist Division.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, complete physical examinations, and collect clinical data to diagnose medical conditions.
- Order and interpret medical laboratory test results, administer medications or treatments, and perform minor surgery as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, manage inventory of medical supplies and instruments, and serve as a resource and team leader during clinical shifts.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed NP with current licensure in the state of New York.
- Ability to quickly master computerized medical recordkeeping and billing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- HIPAA compliance at all times.
