Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, with experience in administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program.
- Obtains and maintains certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Possesses knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques.
