Salary Range : $71,612.39 - $110,999.20
This Nursing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in coordinating daily clinical activities within the department, ensuring seamless operations, appropriate staffing levels, and high clinical standards. You will work closely with physicians and administrative teams to facilitate efficient patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety across the practice. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative environment, and you will be instrumental in educating staff, patients, and families.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Oversee patient flow through the clinic and point-of-care testing.
- Supervise Triage Nurses and streamline workflows.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and positive leadership.
- Review and refine processes to optimize clinic operations and billing accuracy.
- Develop and inspire staff to perform effectively within their licensure.
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Coordinator.
- Participate in Sr. Manager meetings, addressing issues collaboratively.
- Ensure confidentiality for all patient and staff-related matters.
- Manage supply and medication ordering with cost efficiency in mind.
- Maintain Joint Commission compliance and submit weekly tracers.
Minimum Qualifications :
Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.NYS Registered Nurse Licensure required.Current BLS certification.A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.A. Mission, Core Values, and Service Excellence :
