Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse II- M2: Ortho/Spine to join our dynamic team! This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered
- Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains standards of professional nursing
Requirements:
- Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered
- Sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
- Primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
