Job Description Summary
The Orthopedic Clinical Nurse III contributes to creating a compassionate environment for patients and colleagues through kindness and active listening. This role implements physician orders, administers medications, performs treatments and procedures, and collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles
