Job Description
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a critical role in the delivery of patient care in our Elective Orthopedics department. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Mentor professional caregivers in the delivery of patient care
- Facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay
- Assure that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services
