- Conducting thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Communicating effectively with patients and families about diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Administering medications and performing minor procedures.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and patient documentation.
- Leading clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care during shifts.
