Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills required for specialty nursing.
- Responsible and accountable for the development and application of specialty practice standards, staff development, regulatory compliance, and research to enhance the quality of care to patients and their families.
- Manages complex patient and systems-related issues as an advanced practitioner.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in nursing.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and in-depth knowledge in the specialty area.
- Effective leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.
- Registered Nurse licensure and/or compact state licensure upon hire.
