Nursing Role:
A medical-surgical registered nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing treatments, procedures, and special tests.
The RN assesses and evaluates patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
In this role, you will provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses, collaborating with the nursing team to create a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
You will direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
