Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in in-office procedures under the direction and supervision of a Physician or APP
- Facilitate the utilization of resources to meet patient outcomes and contribute to Facility (AMC), New York State, and National Quality data metrics
The successful candidate will be required to maintain current certifications and education related to the Clinic specialty, adhere to AMC's regulatory agency and internal compliance policies, and participate in continuous learning opportunities to maintain their knowledge base on current practices.
