Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs, as well as supporting case management for high-level care patients. Close collaboration with the lead Physician and Practice Coordinator will be essential for effective management of the office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient flow through the clinic and point-of-care testing
- Analyze and improve processes and procedures to optimize clinic workflow and maximize revenue
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and adherence to licensure standards
- Maintain open communication channels with the Practice Coordinator to promote collaboration and shared goals
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient and staff-sensitive information
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing is required
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position
