Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist waitstaff in serving food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors and restrooms, throughout service hours.
- Refill water glasses and provide bread or other items as requested by guests or servers.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering functions.
- Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and glassware are properly cleaned and stored.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
