Summary
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the organization’s facilities, equipment, and machinery through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organization s maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs.
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance workers; monitor workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Direct corrections (corrective action) of any maintenance or manufacturing problems that may arise; work with Compliance Manager in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Bachelor's Degree in related field
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial facility.
- 3 years previous experience working in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment.
- 2 years previous experience in staff management and development.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
