Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Answer service and product questions to attract potential customers.
- Record and update customer account information
- Maintain customer records.
- Resolve service and product problems; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, direct customer to the appropriate staff.
- Clarify and address customer complaints.
- Determine the cause of problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience with telephone experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Geographical knowledge of sales area or ability to read a map.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating Saturdays

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
