Incumbents perform complex technical skilled work in the inspection of construction projects, utility work, and land development projects. Provides plan review, construction quality assurance through physical inspection of construction site, and project coordination, as well as site development inspections for compliance. Incumbents function as a technical advisor to various City Departments and personnel.
