WEBB is currently seeking Senior Engineers to join both our Land Development Engineering Department and Traffic & Transportation Department . These positions offer a hybrid work schedule, requiring only one day in office! Responsibilities
For Land Development Engineering :
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Apply knowledge and expertise in the design of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Effectively communicate with agencies and clients.
- Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance / control, and business development.
- Research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measures.
- Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong organization, project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Lead by example by meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals.
- Successfully integrate staff and foster team building at multiple levels of management.
