Overview
As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our corporate campus, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing support for a range of services. Your role will focus on ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Address inquiries related to company services, policies, and general campus information or direct to the appropriate department.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team or supervisor while maintaining customer engagement and follow-up.
- Assist with inquiries related to campus services such as scheduling, event coordination, visitor passes, and general campus amenities.
- Provide information on additional services or support available, aiming to create a welcoming and well-informed environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.43 - $25.57 per hour
