The High School Activities Event Coordinator is responsible for the efficient organization, management, and execution of events and activities. This role ensures that all aspects of event coordination, including scheduling, transportation, staffing, and compliance with district and league policies, are handled effectively. The Coordinator will also provide support within the Activities Office, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Event Coordination :
- Develop, maintain, and distribute updated schedules for all athletic and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate logistics for home and away events, including transportation, officials, and game day staff.
- Secure game day workers, such as ticket takers, announcers, and scoreboard operators, ensuring all roles are filled.
- Act as the on-site supervisor for events as needed, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues that arise.
