- MAINTAING POSTIVIES WORKING REALTIONSHIPS WITHIN THE PRODUCTION GROUP AND STAFF MEMBERS
- CONSISTENTLY ADMINISTERS COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- MAINTAINS ACCURATE RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE WORK PERFORMED AND INVENTORY
- CREATES AND IMPLEMENTS, WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL, NEW IDEAS AND METHODS TO IMPOVE PRODUCTION EFFICIENCIES.
