You will be responsible for managing a territory and servicing drains. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their drain/plumbing requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all Plumbing departments.
Requirements
The responsibilities below include, but are not limited to:
- 1-3 years’ experience in the plumbing/sewer and drain cleaning industry
- Inspecting and diagnosing-use tools like sewer cameras to inspect and diagnose clogs in drains
- Clearing Clogs-use tools like high-velocity water jets and electric snakes to clear clogs in drains
- Maintaining and repairing-Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems
- Providing estimates- Estimate the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Educate clients-Teach clients how to prevent and fix blocked drains
- Protecting the clients property-use protective mats and shoe covers to protect the client's hoe
- Cleaning Up-Clean up the work area after completing the job
- Documenting the work-Document the work performed in writing, with pictures and with videos
- Valid Driver’s License
- Exceptional service and repair skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to drive sales and growth
- Must be very safety minded
- Have a great attendance record
