ABOUT THE ROLE Albert Uster Imports is seeking a hands-on Business Applications Manager to lead the management and optimization of our BP&T stack, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Customer Engagement) and other critical business systems such as Power BI and WMS . This role requires a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to ensure systems effectively support and enhance business processes. The BP&T Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive system enhancements, provide advanced support, and optimize overall system performance.
This is not a fully remote role. This role is located in Gaithersburg and is on a hybrid schedule.
As a response to the pandemic, Albert Uster Imports Inc. office employees have transitioned to a hybrid working schedule, requiring employees to report in-person Monday through Wednesday, with the option to telework on Thursday and Friday each week. Due to the collaborative, cross-functional nature of the organization, employees at the Gaithersburg office are required to work in-person for the abovementioned days, outside of any People & Culture-approved disability accommodation request.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Management & Optimization
- Own and manage the BP&T stack, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC or CE), WMS, and related business applications. Actively engage hands-on when needed to troubleshoot issues, support users, or configure system improvements to ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process / system effectiveness

SALARY RANGE
We hire exceptional people to perform a wide variety of important functions that contribute to the success of the Company. One of the ways we do that is through a competitive compensation package. The base salary for this role will be $110,000 - $120,000.
This role will be bonus eligible.
Based on your qualifications, previous experience, and transferrable skills, the Company will determine at its sole discretion, the salary offered.
