Job Responsibilities :
- Identify issues in the foreclosure process and expedite resolution
- Utilize understanding of title underwriting standards and guidelines to determine condition of title, and insurability while analyzing risk and liability
- Review Loan Agreements, Mortgages, Notes, and other instruments that may appear in a title exam, etc.
- Responsible for recognizing title defects and formulating curative solutions.
- Prepare foreclosure documents including Motions, Orders, Affidavits, etc.
- Perform simple and complex curative to include reviewing tax statements, requesting payoffs, reviewing foreclosure documents, mobile home issues, chain of title issues and the necessary curative measures to resolve
- Daily communication with clients in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and current information in case management system
- Running and reviewing court dockets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, opposing counsel, court clerks, etc.
