Position Type: Full Time (30 hours per week)
Salary Range: $17.46 - $17.46 Hourly
Description
As a Production Worker you will use materials to create ordered merchandise. This merchandise varies depending on the customer’s order. Production tasks can vary in types of complexity from hand-eye coordination to detailed manual dexterity. Production workers will work as a team and make recommendations to their production supervisor.
Essential Duties:
- Perform assigned tasks to the quality and quantity specifications set by the company.
- Identify and procure needed supplies from inventory to stock own workstation.
- Operate production and material handling equipment as requested or assigned.
- Record quantity of work completed, hours worked, and other data/information as required.
- Observe and follow all safety regulations and rules.
- Mentor, encourage, and assist co-workers as requested and appropriate to meet identified production quotas, maximize productivity, and assure a safe working environment.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the designated supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the field of general assembly/production preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time on hard surfaces.
- Experience collaborating with team members to achieve goals.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of work products.
- Must occasionally lift 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform physical labor requiring continual and repetitive use of large motor skills to stand, move about in tight spaces, maintain balance, sit, and reach, and continual and repetitive use of fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather.
- Ability to meet all background check, reference, and/or credentialing requirements.
