The Supply Chain Department has an opening for a Production Worker. This position is located in Bellevue, Washington

This position requires the following:

• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate daily activities
• Ability to maximize productivity and minimize waste
• Willingness to work in a safe manner and promote a safe working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors in both oral and written form

Roles and responsibilities will include the following at a minimum:

• Operate and perform general upkeep of manufacturing equipment
• Perform all needed maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiative
• Clean and sanitize equipment and environment
• Accurately complete production documents
• Participate in continuous improvement process
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)Comply with government regulations
• Work safely following all documented state and federal safety requirements
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a world class manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs to 75lbs
• Basic math skills – must be able to read a schedule to produce the correct quantities for customer orders Able to manipulate touch screens; follow processes and procedures when operating equipment
• Must be able to work in a diverse team oriented environment.
• Punctuality & attendance are critical
• Perform other duties as assigned

The pay range is $22.48 to $32.11 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Additional premiums for swing and grave shifts are available. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
