What You Will Be Doing
Who you are: The ideal candidate for this role is an exceptional leader with a robust background in supply chain optimization, replenishment and planning, inventory management, cost reduction initiatives, and partnership development. You can develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Proficiency in maximizing asset utilization, coordinating with various teams to track inventory flow, and implementing cost reduction initiatives is essential. You demonstrate strong collaborative skills, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring effective communication across departments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and understand that collaboration is a key for top results.
We are looking for: An experienced and strategic individual to lead our efforts in enhancing the flow of products from our vendors to distribution centers and ultimately to our customers. This role will focus on optimizing sources of supply by focusing on inventory flow, driving down working capital, and reducing the cost to serve. The ideal candidate will establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and with the supply chain leaders of our top suppliers to collaboratively drive efficiencies and improve overall supply chain performance.
The position will be based in Boise, ID or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX).

Supply Chain Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize source of supply based on Llamasoft Network Optimization outputs.
- Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Develop strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize the need for external storage.
- Partner with the replenishment and planning team to track inventory flow, working capital, and cost KPIs, and develop improvement strategies as needed.
- Implement inventory management best practices to optimize network, reducing excess stock and stockouts.
- Coordinate with demand planning and forecasting teams to match inventory levels with DC capacities, avoiding costly last-minute outside storage.
- Work with Supply Chain Transformation Analytics team to ensure DC Capacities are forecasted appropriately for a rolling 13 periods
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain, focusing on logistics, warehousing, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including operations, merchandising, manufacturing, retail, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with supply chain leaders of top vendors to align strategies and drive efficiencies together.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared goals among supply chain partners
- Ensure effective communication and alignment within the team and across departments.

What We Are Searching For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on optimization and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Expertise in replenishment and planning systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Salary : $118,100 - $165,380
