Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of the CMMS in a manufacturing environment.
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance program.
- Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and systems.
- Plan and execute mechanical and electrical Best Practice goals within the CMMS environment.
- Develop and execute plant equipment revitalization projects.
- Development of instrumental training for the manufacturing plant mechanics and electricians within the CMMS environment.
- Supervise and control maintenance parts pricing with vendors, inventory & expense budgets.
- Partner with Maintenance and Operations Departments on the development of maintenance schedules ensuring availability of necessary parts, etc.
- Execute continuous improvements events to drive out loss and increase line efficiencies.
- Active participant in all required meetings.
- Perform work order quality audits to improve mechanical efficiencies of the team and recommending any disciplinary action as necessary.
- Perform safety training and enforce safety procedures for production personnel.
- Maintain safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
5 to 10 years of related experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong inter-personal and leadership skills is required.
Computerized Maintenance Management System expertise is a must.
Preferred Skills
Project management and capital project management experience is preferred.
Must be able to work off shift and weekends.
Pay range and compensation package
The position will be based in Denver, CO and the expected salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 annually.
