What You Will Be Doing
As a Production Worker at our milk production facility, you will be involved in various stages of the milk processing and packaging operations. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet our strict standards for safety and freshness. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with your team to meet production goals. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality milk to consumers every day.
The position will be based in Hatfield, PA.
2nd Shift Relief Operator
Primary Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
Max Pay Rate: $29.67
Responsibilities
Changeover Efficiency:
Prioritize efficient changeovers to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) scores.
Minimize downtime during transitions between production runs.
Provides timely breaks and covers when other operators are on vacation or leave.
Breaks And Coverage
Provide timely breaks for operators.
Step in to cover when colleagues are on vacation or leave.
You will acquire the ability to operate equipment in various departments, including filling, blow mold, MSS activities, and rework.
Equipment Proficiency
Learn and understand equipment across various departments (e.g., filling, HTST, Raw Receiving, blow mold, sanitation, rework).
Safely operate machinery while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Albertsons Safety Policies.
Training Support
Assist with the facility’s training program.
Foster skill development among team members
Additional Duties
Fulfill other tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager.
