What You Will Be Doing
The Client Success Sr. Manager works in lockstep with their tier Director on team strategy and process to develop a best-in-class sales team. The CS Sr. Manager will work to enable the Client Partner team to focus on demand generation and account penetration. The Client Success Sr. Manager is responsible for coaching the Client Partner team to deliver strategic, data-driven plans to clients while also tracking important sales metrics such as deal slippage, win rate, and more. They will advocate across the organization for the Voice of the Customer to help
strengthen the Retail Media offering and allow The Collective to be a trusted media partner in the industry.
The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or one of our main regional offices (Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Pleasanton CA, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, or Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ).

Main Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets by developing and advancing current and future-looking partnerships
- Develops and coaches Client Partner team to deliver data-driven strategies to clients
- Provide account-level annual forecasting, account book development and delegation of quota across the team
- Advocate for the Voice of the Customer across the organization to build a best-in-class Retail Media Network
- Provide accurate account-level forecasting for annual and period-level cadences with minimal call variance
- Develops partnerships with merchandizing team as a Category Captain
- Provides mentorship for Client Success and Cross-functional teams
- Keen focus on demand generation and account penetration strategies including tracking relevant sales metrics (deal slippage, response rates, win rates, etc.)
- Provide support for client escalation needs
- Provides guidance for Client Partners with QBR/T2T/ Lunch & Learn strategies
- Attend industry conferences; co-present with clients on Collective Client case studies
- Attend client meetings/ travel for clients as needed (T2T/ QBR/ Lunch & Learns)
- Responsible for developing Broker relationships
- Continuously monitor, learn and develop knowledge of retail media landscape
- Attract, hire and retain top advertising sales leaders
What We Are Searching For
- 8 years in Sales/Media/Retail space
- 2 years' experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams
- Demonstrated experience leading QBR/T2T/JBP for C-Suite audience
- Proven ability to foster partnerships with merchandizing partners
